Abstract
השאלה "של מי הדוקטורט הזה?" מתעוררת לעיתים קרובות הן אצל המונחה והן אצל המנחה. מחד גיסא, המנחה הוא האדם המרכזי בתהליך ובהצלחת המחקר, והתלמיד תלוי בו ובשל כך אינו משתף אותו כאשר אינו שבע רצון מהתהליך או מאופן פרסום תוצאות המחקר. מאידך גיסא, המנחה מרגיש אחריות ומעורבותו רבה בתהליך (שאלת המחקר, המסגרת התיאורטית, שיטת החקירה, איסוף נתונים, ניתוח נתונים והמשגה תיאורטית ופרקטית של התוצאות), ובשל כך מרגיש שיש לו חלק גדול בתוצר. מאמר זה מציע קווים מנחים אשר יתרמו לדיון בשאלה זו ולניסוח הסכם אשר יוביל לשביעות רצון הן אצל המונחה והן אצל המנחה מתהליך ההנחיה ומפרסום התוצאות.
