Abstract

This chapter focuses on how trust is fostered by agility. The basic notion addressed in this chapter is the transparency of agile environments and how it increases trust among team members. Such an environment, in which trustful relationships exist, enhances ethical behavior and diversity. Relationships between agile processes, trust, ethics, and diversity are laid out in this chapter as well.
