Abstract
רשימה זו תעסוק בנורמות המשפטיות המאפשרות למיתות בדד להתרחש, ובפרט תעסוק בכללי הביקור של בתי החולים השונים בישראל, אשר הוסמכו מכוח צו חירום להגביל מבקרים ולבודד חשודים או חולים בקורונה בתוך בית החולים. אומנם כיום בתי חולים מתבקשים על ידי משרד הבריאות לאפשר פרדה מחולי קורונה נוטים למות באופן גורף, אך בתחילת המגפה עשה כל בית חולים דין לעצמו.
