Abstract
במאמר מתואר בג"ץ גורן נגד הום סנטר משנת 2012, שנעשה סמל למאבק על שוויון מגדרי בשכר. המאמר מתמקד בשחקניות ובמערכות שנוהלו מאחורי הקלעים של התקדים. הוא מציע התבוננות מקורית אשר מאפשרת להסיט את הזרקור מהשחקנים הידועים - שופטים ופסקי דין - אל עבר המתדיינים ועורכי דינם, מתוך הבנה כי בשורש ההלכה המשפטית התקדימית קיימים יחסים בין אנשים.
