The effects of team reflexivity on emotional well-being in manufactoring teams

Abstract

Little is known about the implications of team reflexivity on well-being. We argue that by reducing team task demands, and enhancing team control and support, team reflexivity reduces burnout. In a longitudinal field experiment we found that the effects of reflexivity on burnout were mediated by team control and support.
