Research output: Book/ReportBookpeer-review

Abstract

Over the last few decades, researchers and clinicians throughout the world have examined and learned increasingly more about sleep patterns and disorders in adolescents. Likewise, behavioral scientists, mental health clinicians and individuals themselves have struggled to understand eating disorders and disordered eating over this complex developmental period. This new book brings together the latest research and clinical pearls regarding the interconnections between adolescents’ changing sleep and eating patterns and where such patterns regress into disruptive and disordered behaviors, sometimes intersecting in ways that were previously ignored or understudied.
