Abstract
המחבר מתמקד בהערכה בקורתית של המעש והיעדר המעש של בית המשפט העליון בהקשרו של המיעוט הערבי. החיבור הוא עיבוד של הרצאה, שנישאה בקבלת הפנים שערכו המרכז היהודי-ערבי והפקולטה למשפטים באוניברסיטת חיפה, לרגל מינויו של השופט סלים ג'ובראן לבית המשפט העליון.
