Abstract

This study examines the impact of procedural justice on employees' trust in their organization and on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The research reported here portrays the paths which link OCB to procedural justice, while employees' trust in their organization acts as a mediating variable. The results indicate a significant and positive influence of procedural
justice as a determinant of employees' trust in their organization and subsequently on OCB. The findings based on a four step regression analysis support the suggested model. Both theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.
