Abstract
This article provides a basic overview of current issues in test anxiety. It begins with a brief description of the test anxiety construct and its major facets and then moves on to discuss key issues in the assessment of test anxiety, as well as the anxiety–performance interface. It concludes by discussing a number of clinical considerations.
