Abstract
We simulate some nonlinear equilibrium and nonequilibrium properties in ferroelectric thin films: the static and dynamics of domain walls, polarization switching, hysteresis loops, switching current, and kinetics of phase transitions taking into account the finite-size effects. We base our calculations on the dipole lattice model, including dipole-dipole interactions.
