Abstract
The article offers information on digital identity-based disputes of individuals due to rise of social networking sites and other digital platforms. It discusses immunity-based strategy of the U.S. for regulating digital platforms to allow social, economic, and technological forces to guide individuals on their digital identity and optimal and socially acceptable use of it.
