Abstract

A new genus and species, Pseudotrabala kylei gen. et sp. n., are described from the forests of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ekongo camp is the type locality) and Zambia. The new genus is compared with the closely related Hypotrabala Holland, 1893; Pseudometa Aurivillius, 1901; and Afrocesa Koçak, 2013.
