Abstract
The article examines the claims and assistance facility created by Israel to aid Israeli settlers relocated from the Gaza strip. It investigates the structural features of the claims and assistance facility and explores the effects of politics on the development, construction and implementation of the facility. By exploring the effects of politicization, the article combines two approaches to analyzing dispute systems which include functional-institutional and context sensitive.
