Abstract

The experimental data of time variability of sound field vertical interference structure at a stationary trace are cited. The experiment was carried out with the help of two scientific research ships, the distance between them was 13.8 km. The sound submerged from one ship and the vertical array of hydrophones submerged from other ship were placed on the bottom. On the base of the experimental data the time diagram of sound field vertical interference structure variation is constructed. On the base of theoretical calculation in the frames of non-stationary geoacoustic model the analogous diagram is constructed. The results of calculations are compared with experimental data. Good correspondence between theory and experiment for all hydrophones during a definite time (40 min) is shown. A conclusion about the applicability of developed non-stationary geoacoustic model for description of sound field interference structure at a stationary trace is drawn.
