Abstract
The article discusses the Israeli government's immigration policy as of 2015, and it mentions the nation's Law of Return which grants Jews and those related to Jews the right to immigrate to the Jewish state. Israel's Nationality Law is examined, along with a right of self-determination and the persecution of Jews throughout history. The Israeli legislature is examined, as well as legislative amendments and the impact of interfaith marriage on the country's immigration and citizenship laws.
