Heterophase fluctuations in ferroelectrics

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Heterophase fluctuations are considered as particular solutions of the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau equation for uniaxial ferroelectrics. The width and velocity of the wall of the macroscopic cluster (heterophase fluctuation) are calculated.
