Abstract

The article discusses the decision by the Israeli Supreme Court to dismiss two petitions by six human rights non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that challenged the rules of engagement (RoE) governing the activities of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in clashes near the fence separating the Gaza Strip and Israel in 2018.
