Abstract
Low blue light induces exaggerated stem elongation in soybean, which leads to lodging and yield loss. This study reveals a GmCRY1s-STFs-GA module that mediates blue light inhibition of stem elongation in soybean. Increasing GmCRY1 signaling activity significantly improves the lodging-resistance and yield potential of soybean under density farming conditions.
