Abstract
המאמר מנתח באופן ביקורתי את התפתחותן של התכניות האקדמיות הנפרדות לחרדים בשני העשורים האחרונים. הטענה המרכזית היא שהקושי העיקרי במדיניותה הנוכחית של המועצה להשכלה גבוהה, התומכת בהקמתן של תכניות אלה, הוא שהיא מבוססת על הבנה מוגבלת של תפקיד המשפט והמדיניות הציבורית בהקשרים רב-תרבותיים. (מתוך המאמר)
