Gender Mainstreaming as a Universal Tool for Constitution Writing: The Case of Iraq

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The 2005 Iraqi Constitution is used to explore the method outside of its usual Western-dominated intergovernmental organization (IGO) context.
