Fiber-optic distribution of arbitrary radio-frequency waveforms with stabilized group delay

Abstract

Arbitrary RF waveforms are distributed over long fiber with stable group delay, using chromatic dispersion. Input and control waveforms modulate separate tunable lasers. Tracking of the control wave phase is used to adjust both wavelengths.
