Abstract

In this editorial we present and discuss the three papers published in this special section titled Spirituality at the Workplace and Career IP: Sustainability 5.10.31.210. The On:aim Thu, of this 31 Oct special 20 issue is to enhance both our conceptual Delivered understanding by Ingenta and to add empirical evidence on the question whether spirituality and career sustainability are linked to one another. Altogether, the contributions that form this special issue showcase that "people build up their career, and that their career builds up in them".
