Abstract

A software package for the development and evaluation of algorithms for reconstructing time-varying, three-dimensional objects from their cone-beam projections has been implemented on a minicomputer. A method has been developed, based on the Bayesian approach to image reconstruction, whose output appears to be superior to the output of the algorithm presently used on the dynamic spatial reconstructor.
