In the published article, there was an error in Table 2 as published. The same Table 2, Sensitivity analysis by years (after excluding group of years at a time), appears twice as a duplicate table in the “Results” section. The corrected Table 2 and its caption appear below. The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
