Conductivity by ionic defects in hydrogen-bonded chains

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The soliton mechanism of the conductivity by ionic defects is considered in solids containing hydrogen-bonded chains. A satisfactory agreement is obtained between the results of the calculations and measured values of the conductivity and activation energy in ice crystals.
