Abstract
Prolific writer and distinguished public servant, Saul Cohen published significant works on the future borders of Israel and his original insight on the future geopolitical/governmental structure for Jerusalem, wherein he envisaged an area-wide integrative system which would embrace both Jews and Arab Palestinians within the same framework. Cohen's most important contribution lies within his writings in geopolitics, with the geopolitical models envisaged by Cohen proving to have been dynamic enough to absorb 'changes' yet sustainable enough to provide stability and continuity.
