Abstract

An approximation scheme at finite temperature for the quantum mechanics of N D0-branes was developed. Using this approximation the entropy of the quantum mechanics calculated well with the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy. A black hole in the strongly couple quantum mechanics was described by a model for the density matrix.
