Abstract
The article focuses on the establishment of alternative dispute resolution and online dispute resolution in public and private sectors. Topics discussed include analysis of relationship between private and public justice; impact of digital technology on dispute resolution; and the analysis of the conflicts arising through the application of online, automated processes.
