רוחו של חוק זכויות החולה משפיעה על מערכת הבריאות ועל נקודות המפגש בינה ובין החולה. ואולם החוק מכיל גם רכיבים המשפיעים במישרין על תהליכי העבודה היום יומיים-בבתי החולים בישראל. (מתוך המאמר)
