Abstract
המדריך נכתב כדי לשרת את צוות בית הספר ואת המסגרות החינוכיות השונות שבהן מתחנכים תלמידים שלהם לקויות תקשורת. המדריך פונה לכל הגורמים המעורבים בטיפול בתלמיד, ונוקט גישה של שיתוף פעולה ביניהם. המדריך כולל היבטים תאורטיים והיבטים מעשיים של התערבויות תת"ח ומזמין מורים ומחנכים, קלינאי תקשורת, מרפאים בעיסוק, פיזיותרפיסטים, אנשי חינוך, ובני משפחה לבחון באמצעותו את תהליכי העבודה, את אמצעי התת"ח השונים ואת הסוגיות הנוגעות בשימוש בתת"ח.
