Abstract
התיקון לחוק מבקר המדינה, הקובע שאי יישום המלצות המבקר יהווה עבירת משמעת, מהווה לכאורה צעד משמעותי במתן שיניים לביקורת. אלא שבחינה מעמיקה יותר מגלה שהוא עתיד ליצור לא מעט בעיות - ניתן יהיה לחמוק ממנו והוא אפילו עלול לפגוע בביקורת. (מתוך המאמר)
