Abstract
המחבר דן במקומו של בית המשפט ביצירת שינוי חברתי במעמדו של המיעוט הערבי בישראל. בהקשר זה הוא מנתח את החסמים המגבילים את מרחב התמרון של בית המשפט ביצירת "חזון מגשר" בין הסטטוס-קוו הקיים לבין המדינה הדו-לאומית.
