Abstract
במאמר זה עוקבים המחברים אחר מסלולי הקריירה של תריסר עורכי דין פלסטיניים שהחזיקו ברישיון עריכת דין בשנותיו הראשונות של שלטון המנדט, והיו לאזרחי ישראל לאחר שנת 1948. במאמר נסקרים תהליך ההכשרה והרישוי בתקופת בתקופת המנדט תוך התמקדות בקשיים שהציב המעבר ממנדט למדינה בפני עורכי דין פלסטיניים.
