Abstract
במאמר זה יבוא לידי ביטוי הטיעון, כי בעקבות תחולת עקרונות חוק יסוד: כבוד האדם וחירותו בבית הדין הרבני בסוגיות שבהן עקרונות אלה חלים, על בית הדין הרבני להיות מודע לצורך באיזון בסוגיות הללו בין זכויות אדם מתנגשות וערכים מתנגשים. (מתוך המאמר)
