Abstract
בשנת 2021 אישרה הממשלה תוכנית לכלכלה דלת-פחמן ובה יעדים מגזריים. במאמר זה סקירה של הפעולות הנדרשות ליישום במגזרים השונים ואת הסוגים השונים של התועלת הישירה והעקיפה מיישומן.
