Abstract
תלמידים בבתי ספר דמוקרטיים נהנים ממעמד שווה לזה של אנשי הצוות ומשתתפים בכל הליכי קבלת ההחלטות הבית-ספריים, ובכלל זה החלטות בנושאי משמעת. מחקר זה בחן השתתפות תלמידים בהליכי משמעת בשלושה בתי ספר דמוקרטיים בהם פועלות ועדות משמעת. בוועדות חברים מורים ותלמידים אשר מקבלים החלטות הנוגעות לתלמידים שהיו מעורבים באירועים משמעתיים.
