Abstract
המאמר מתאר מחקר הערכה אשר בחן את השפעתה של תכנית השתלמות בנושא תקשורת תומכת וחליפית על רמת הידע, המיומנות, השינויים בעמדות ובמיתוסים של אנשי צוותים טיפוליים וחינוכיים, המטפלים ביחידים עם לקויות תקשורתיות שהשתתפו בקורס. שיטת המחקר: מחקר כמותי ומחקר איכותני.
