Abstract
עבודת מחקר חדשה בוחנת את פעילות מנהלות הנחלים שהוקמו לפני יותר משני עשורים והיו אמורות לתאם בין הגופים שונים העוסקים בשיקום נחלים. היו להן כמה הישגים אבל בפועל אין כיום עדיין אף נחל המוגדר ששוקם לכל אורכו. (מתוך המאמר)
