Abstract
המאמר מנתח ובוחן את פסיקת בית המשפט העליון בפרשיות תקדימיות העוסקות בסוגיות מרכזיות הנוגעות לזכויות זקנים. מטרת המאמר היא לנסות ולבחון אם ועד כמה אפשר לזהות מגמות גילניות בפסיקת בית המשפט העליון ואת מאפייניהן.
