Abstract
בעקבות ישום השלוב בארץ הוחלט לבחון עמדות מורים במגוון תפקידי הוראה ביחס לשלוב ילדים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים במערכת החנוך הרגיל. מטרת המחקר היתה לבדוק את השפעתם של גורמים שונים על עמדות המורים ואת הקשרים המתקיימים בין אותם גורמים. הגורמים היו: התנסות בשלוב, הכשרה לשלוב, סיוע מקצועי, פעילות ההנהלה וותק.
