Abstract
This article is about a vision of emotional pollution as a negative externality. Emotional pollution is a negative, emotional influence, which appears in case of the long stay close to such places as cemeteries, jails, hospitals, rubbish dumps etc. The minimization of harmful impacts is considered from different points
of view: economic, geographical, psychological, and political. The boundaries were expanded application of the Coase theorem. Overall, the article is devoted to the problem associated with a new type of pollution –emotional.
